I Received A Shot For Knee Pain Today. It Was

I received a shot for knee pain today. it was 2ml of 1%lidocaine Depo Medrol 80mg Kenalog 40 mg. I have been nauseated, have a bad headache( which I never have headaches) and have some knee swelling but pain is gone . could there be side effects to that shot. I also have AFIBS
