I Received An Infusion Of Zometta For Osteoporosis Yesterday And

I received an infusion of zometta for osteoporosis yesterday and I have bone, muscle and joint pain today. Could I soak in a warm bath with Epson salt to help relieve the pain? Or would the magnesium be counter indicated?
