I Received My Medication This Afternoon. I Received Metformin HCL

I received my medication this afternoon. I received Metformin HCL 1,000MG Tab, Klor-Con M20 Tab and Spiriva 18 MCG CP-Handihaler. In the information that I received with my medication, there was a medication guide with information about ARIPIPRAZOLE. Is this related to any of the medication that I received or did the pharmacy make a mistake in putting in with my medication?
