I Received My Second Pneumonia Shot Yesterday In My Doctors

I received my second pneumonia shot yesterday in my doctors office and last night I woke up in pain in my arm that I received the shot. Also, I felt a lump on my clavicle which was not there yesterday. I did take two extra strength Tylenol and it helped me. But my arm is still sore and it is hard to raise it but nearly as bad as last night. Should I call my doctor or should I wait a few more days . And will heat and ibuprofen help ease the pain?
