I Received Oral Sex Last Thursday And I Have Been

I received oral sex last Thursday and I have been feeling a small tingling on the tip of my penis, I do not notice any other signs of an STI or STD but the tingling feeling comes off and on usually when i think about it, I'm not sure if the tingling is created from me having anxiety from thinking that I might have an SYD. Please help.
