I Received Pneumonia Vaccine 5 Days Ago. I Was Ill

I received pneumonia vaccine 5 days ago. I was ill next day but was fine after that. However, I noticed red rash like spots on injection site this morning and it got spread to bigger area this evening. No pain or any ill feelings but the area is warm to touch. Is it normal to be like this or shoul I see doctor?
