I Received The Tainted Steroid Injection Aug. 2012. Insight Imaging

I received the tainted steroid injection Aug. 2012. Insight Imaging called me to get to ER ASAP. I did, CT scan was done and found a new area of growth in sinus cavity. Suspected Fungi and had to do an biopsy in ER. Went up both sides of my nose into the back of my head to get biopsy. Then attempted 8 tries to get a spinal tap, finally I was put under imaging, got a spinal tap. So I was admitted into the hospital for 13 days, received anti-fungals and developed staph. Keep getting sicker so they decided to do a blood patch and a 2nd spinal tap. No, could not do both, so I did the spinal tap. After 13 days I was released and my life changes. I was staying sick, developing lots of problems, Graves disease, hyperthyroidism, then oblation, hypothyroidism and pituitary adenoma, 3 lung nodules and chronic back pain, H/O spinal meningitis due to infected steriods, RA false/positive, osteoarthritis, nausea, weight/gain/loss, shortness of breath, wheezing, ankle edema, sporadic lymph nodes, poor memory, gets lost, insomnia, difficulty in urination, CX of sinues, Cx of sinues was positive for CNS of unclear significance. I'm now keeping low grade fevers, fungal meningitis, sacroiliitis, arachnoiditis, Myofascial pain, adenomatous hyperplasia, poor balance so I'm keeping low grade fevers. My joints all over are very painful and swell, especially my knees, I had X-Rays and fluid removed from my right knee. Orthopedic doctor went over my X-Rays said nothing was wrong with my knees but I was going to Duke and wanted me to tell Duke about the fluid and planned to do MRI's when I got back, and his notes said I was positive for RA, and said he wasn't sure how much pain was coming from meningitis and arachnoiditis and how much is arthritis pain. So my lawyers lied to me, I never had my records, but my first progress notes, unspecified meningitis 322.9, unspecified septicemia 038.9 and Sepsis 995.51 but my progress notes changed from unspecified meningitis to fungal meningitis. So my endocrinologist said he would check into it and had his nurse call and my voice mail said, Mrs. Scott, yes you have CONFIRMED FUNGUL MENINGITIS and has been active for a long time and still is active and will be mailing me the doctor's name and what he confirmed. So I went and paid for my records, well to my fear I could not believe what I was reading. All my doctors, even going back to the first PCP after I got out of the hospital, fungal meningitis, H/O spinal meningitis, and the Doctor CONFIRMED MY FUNGAL MENINGITIS, 117.9 10/26/ 15, said I had it 3 years ago. My PCP knew I already been confirmed but sent me to Duke, the treated me like a dog. For a 2nd opinion, I think they should of took my blood, checked for a fever, blood pressure, no just a very small neuro exam, then she says have you had a HIV test before, and I said excuse me I don't have HIV, she laughed and said that's what they all say. Then she when on to say I did not HAVE FUNGAL MENINGITIS, ARACHNOIDITIS, SACROILIITIS and I was somatic, strong minded and needed to stop all meds, including narcotics. So I fell 2 weeks ago, had bad head trauma, pasted out in my bathroom, went to ER, I told them I was a fungal meningitis victim, didn't want to hear it and DID NOT DO A CT SCAN OF MY HEAD, and keep me in the observation room, no pain meds and I was hurting so bad. So they let me go and the nurses was trying to tell the doctor I was still dizzy and the nurse getting me ready looked at my husband and said she is a sick lady, oh they did X-Rays on my back, never got the results. So it through my notes I seen aspergillus? My lawyer lied to me and I trusted him and my doctors, and now I'm not getting the money I deserve and need, I'm permanently disabled and the judge based it on Presumed Fungal Meningitis. HELP
