I Received What My ENT Doc Called A "depo" Shot

I received what my ENT doc called a "depo" shot in my arm for my sinuses and I can not remember the name of it Now i'm scared that I should not have had it done due to I take .05 dosage of Estradol from a complete hysterectomy last year. Am I panicking for nothing? I do not like to take any type of medication due to side effects.
