I Recently (10 Days Ago) Had A Colposcopy And Two

I recently (10 days ago) had a colposcopy and two tissue biopsies, which resulted in NO Abnormal Cells - great outcome! However, I still have a mild discharge with pink discoloration and significant odor. I had a complete hysterectomy sixteen years ago, so the biopsy was on the vaginal wall. Should I still have the mild discharge and significant odor? May I use a feminine cleanse product ten days later, my doctor said I was fine at the week point, but it's still there...?
