I Recently A Few Hours Ago Swung My Arm And

I recently a few hours ago swung my arm and the back of my hand hit the sharp end of the door, the pain is unreal running from my finger tips to my elbow, I must of hit a vein because that vein has bubbled up and turned black plus my forearm and wrist is swollen with red and black spots, my fingers tingle like crazy and I keep feeling a popping sensation when I try to move my wrist or fingers and then the pain turns unbearable
