I Recently (a Few Weeks) Developed A Pea Sized Nodule

I recently (a few weeks) developed a pea sized nodule that is embedded in the left pectoral. I do work out with weights often and recently sensed some micro/1st degree tearing. is this scar tissue? If not, what might it be? It does not seem to have changed in size, and it does not hurt.
