I Recently Been Diagnosed With Psoriatic Arthritis. I'm Only 25!

I recently been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. I'm only 25! Due to the perianal abscess I've had since April I can't take any immune suppressant meds. My sed and wbc came back high. I had surgery for the abscess to glue it shut, on Wednesday. We drained it in April and was infected then. Its draining, orange size hard spot inside, smells like chlorine, pain, redness, feeling faint. Temp said 96.6 (which is probably wrong)
I can't afford any more ER visits...
Just wondering if it is/has been infected is it something I need to seek immediate attention? Suggestions?
