I Recently Blacked Out And Fell Forwards Onto The Pavement

I recently blacked out and fell forwards onto the pavement injuring my nose and lips my nose and lips bled for a few minutes, however the next day my nose was swollen and started bruising. Whenever I touched the right side of my nose near the top I felt a sensation from there to the tip of my nose like blood was rushing down it. Since then my nose has reduced swelling and bruising has happened but less noticeable now. But now whenever I touch my right side on a certain part I feel like something is cracking and I can feel something as if it has broken off I'm not sure if I should go to the doctors or not or if it's anything to worry about
