I Recently Broke My Shoulder And Needed To Take Percocet

I recently broke my shoulder and needed to take Percocet and ibuprofen for pain. My shoulder is much better and I no longer need it, but on endoscopy today the doc found acute gastritis. The mirlax I had to take yesterday for the colonoscopy gave me heartburn and the doc said the endoscopy showed acute gastritis with a little blood. Could all the pain meds I took and the mirlax heartburn could have caused this?
