I Recently Called 911 And Was Taken To The Emergency

I recently called 911 and was taken to the emergency room thinking I was having a heart attack. I am a heart patient but when I was examined my vitals were fine, yet the pain was something I have never had, It was in my heart area , I was told it could be stomach related. Cannot believe this , I am so confused as I have never had such severe pain, I am 80 yrs old.
