I Recently Came Back From Mexico & When I Was

I recently came back from Mexico & when I was coming back my chin started feeling really dry & itchy. I scratched it & I got this cold sore. When I finally saw my boyfriend I gave him oral sex & then we had anal sex. The next day he said that white spots started coming out on his penis & then they started itching a lot. The day after that, he said that some kind of water came out of them. We don't know what it is. He's creeped out & he wants to know what it might be. Can you help us please?
