I Recently Discovered That My Husband Has Been Involved With

I recently discovered that my husband has been involved with another woman (assuming sexually) after I confronted him about a facebook chat with 2 other coworkers as he was trying to get a date with them without each other knowing about the other. Shortly after that confrontation, I began to feel ill. I went to the doctor and was told I had a urinary tract infection. I shared my concern to the doctor who decided to run extra blood work. My blood work came back positive for herpes past. What does that mean? I must also add that about 5 years ago, my husband gave me HPV, which he must have gotten from yet another.
