I Recently Drink Lemon Water And Noticed That My Vaginal

I recently drink lemon water and noticed that my vaginal discharge went black or like the discharge when my period is nearing to an end. I already have my period last November 1 and now i am experiencing discharge like what ive mentioned that never happened before. Is it jjust the lemon water detoxifying my body that causes such discharge?
