I Recently Fell, And My Stomach Fell Across A Floor

I recently fell, and my stomach fell across a floor joist. I now have a hard lump under the skin in that area. It doesn't hurt on its own, but it is tender when you touch it. It also bled pretty good for a few days under the skin, given the size of the bruise that showed up after a couple of days. It's been a week now. Should I be concerned?
