I Recently Finished Chemo Treatments.. Actually It's Been About 6

I recently finished chemo treatments.. Actually it's been about 6 months. Not too long after (approx 2 mos). I begin tremors in my left side.. They became more frequent and I saw a neurologist who made the diagnosis ". Could the chemo have triggered the Parkinson's that may have lain dormant in my body.
