I Recently Flew From Vermont To Utah. On The Plane

I recently flew from Vermont to Utah. On the plane yesterday I threw up, and a few times this morning. I have not been able to eat much all day and now have diarrhea. This then proceeded into a very uncomfortable feeling in my right lower side, it has sharp pains sometimes. I'm a nursing student and aware it could be appendicitis, but I don't want to go to the hospital unless I'm sure, I'm not sure the pain is bad enough to go?
