I Recently Flew With A Slight Cold And Am Now

I recently flew with a slight cold and am now very hard of hearing. I used a nasal spray before landing because this happened to me once before and took about three months to clear up. However, this time using nasal spray appears to have done no good - I am unable to hear normal conversation or the TV at a normal volume. In two days I fly home and within the next month will be flying two more times. Is there anything I can do now to prevent things from getting any worse?
