I Recently Found Out That I Am Homozygous For MTHFR

I recently found out that I am homozygous for MTHFR C677T amd heterozygous for Factor V Leiden. I also have a brother with MDS and all sorts of gene mutations. I started supplementaing about a month ago with L5methylfolate 1000mg and in the last few weeks added B12 Methylcobalamin. I haven't lookd into the B6 supplementation yet.
What are your treatment suggestions?
