I Recently Found Out That I Was Pregnant However I

I recently found out that I was pregnant however I was experiencing spotting, cramps and lower back pains once this was told to my doctor she did a sonogram only to find out their was no fetal pole according to my last period I was 7 weeks, according to blood levels I was 5 week. My hcg levels were tested again they increased every they did not double, it was safe to say according to my doctor I was having a miscarriage listening and reading all these other females testimonies I can honestly say that I didn't experience or see half of what was told. three weeks after assuming i had a miscarriage i started spotting again with lower back pains with a positive result on a pregnancy test. whats going on with my body
