I Recently Found Out That I'm Pregnant. But I Was

I recently found out that I'm pregnant. But i was in a horrible car accident 4 years ago and have had 23 surgeries since. I have had my entire body rebuilt except for my right arm. I also have a super pubic catheter that i urinate from. I was told by the VA to get my tubes tied because i would never be able to carry a child successfully. What are the risks for me and my child
