I Recently Got A Bruise From Playing Football. It Is

I recently got a bruise from playing football. It is a red horseshoe shape with a white center. Whenever I feel the center of it, there is this weird lump inside. If you know what it is that would be great. Also if I should get it checked out by a doctor that would be good to know.
