I Recently Got A Pacemaker Put In On April 22nd

I recently got a pacemaker put in on April 22nd and I had ablasion surgery for afib. I also have asthma and am on prednisone. . I have a doctors appointment on Monday I am feeling good but my feet are swollen. I was put on a nebulizer for asthma Budesonide and xopenex. I was taken off Irbesarten and told to take furosemide and spironolactone for this. I have also been a little constipated. Would any of these things cause the swelling?
