I Recently Got A Shot In My Upper Buttocks. I

I recently got a shot in my upper buttocks. I noticed it was bruised then felt it and there was a small lump at the injection site. I started massaging it a bit but it has gotten bigger. It is now about an inch and a half long. I imagine it is the path of the needle and it'll just subside but I'm starting to get worried.
