I Recently Got Diagnosed With A Concussion On January 9th

I recently got diagnosed with a concussion on January 9th but today I've been feeling horrible. My left eye keeps twitching and getting really blurry. I also feel like I'm going to throw up and my headache is so bad I want to cry. Should I go to a hospital?
