I Recently Got My MRI Done And Now They Are

I recently got my MRI done and now they are saying that my only option is "facet shots", Epidural, or surgery. I have wavyness between my L5 and Sacrum constant pain all the time due to work accident. Chiropracter says that my L5 and Sacrum are trying to fuse to one another? Do i need surgery?
