I Recently Got My Nose Pierced And I Am Afraid

I recently got my nose pierced and I am afraid it's infected. There has been trauma to the area, but I'm still having issues. There was a slight grey discharge when I changed the piercing to a hoop. My nose is very sore and I have pain in the surrounding area of my face. Should I be concerned?
