I Recently Got Over A Bladder Infection , I Took

I recently got over a bladder infection , I took sulfamethoxazole for a few days then two days afterward I had sex. I understand that my birth control would not be effective from the antibiotics, because of that I used a condom. The condom completely broke. I purchased and took the plan b pill about three hours later , will it still be effective even though I just got done taking the antibiotic two days ago? What are my chances of getting pregnant?
