I Recently Got The Depo Shot, Shortly Before Christmas &

I recently got the depo shot, shortly before Christmas & here recently I've noticed bright red spotting it's not all day long but randomly through out the day, this all started a week and a half ago, I get daily headache, lower back aches, and cramps.
