I Recently Had A 2nd Fall And I Now Have

I recently had a 2nd fall and I now have stomach cramps, I fell a year ago and have a fracture in my spine and pushed out the lower disc, pins and needles down right leg and weakness but a few days ago I had another fall on my left side and today I have stomach cramps as well as massive back pain is the stomach cramps related to the 2nd fall?
