I Recently Had A Aortic Valve Transplant, I Am On

I recently had a Aortic valve transplant, I am on so many prescriptions that it scares me and makes me extremely nervous. Dr has given me 0.25 Alprazolam &Effexor Xr 75. I have a bacterial infection in my bladder and am taking 2 macrodantin 50 mc capsules daily. Many more meds involved, blood pressure x 2 also Famontidine40mg x2 . Please advise thank you
