I Recently Had A CBC Test Done Through Work And

I recently had a CBC test done through work and the only two levels that were high was the RDW - my result was 16.2 - the lab range was 12.3-15.4. My platelets were 390 - the lab range was 150-379. I am 51, a type II diabetic. I just had my physical done in April and I am not experiencing any health issues. I wanted to ask at what point I should be concerned about these results.
