I Recently Had A Charlie Horse In The Middle Of

I recently had a Charlie horse in the middle of the night. Since then My calf is swollen and A little sore to the touch. My angle and foot is fine.
I recently had foot surgery and knee surgery around ten years ago.
I'm 58 year old women it good health I do take meds for high blood pressure but that is all.
