I recently had a MRI of my brain that showed chronic microangiopathic ischemic change and scattered foci of T2. I had brain surgery in 2007 and they clipped a non erupted aneurism. I had been experiencing extreme tremors and headache on the side where my surgery was. I do not have high blood pressure but recently experienced a TIA and was hospitalized overnight. What can this mean?
