I Recently Had A Pap Smear Done Last Week To

I recently had a Pap smear done last week to be exact. I had some spotting and cramping for two days afterwards. Now it is eight days later and I have had some very light bleeding but only when I urinate with mild cramping. Is this normal? I have not had any sex in three weeks
