I Recently Had A Bad Cold In My Left Eye

I recently had a bad cold in my left eye and during that cold my left eye had gotten a little bit smaller compared to my right. My cold is almost over and my left eye has almost returned to the same size as my right but there still is a noticeable difference in sizes. Will it return to the same size as my right?
