I Recently Had A Bad Diarrhea About 1.5 Months Back.

I recently had a bad diarrhea about 1.5 months back. doctor gave me tablet Rifagut which is an antibiotic and I was fine in 3-4 days. However after that I started having soft stools which still last. I am constipated for last several years but after this diorhhea I am continuously having soft stools mostly twice a day.
Recently I also have red blood in my stool. I do have Amal fissures now and earlier had piles too. Not able to understand if this is due to colitis or simple bleeding due to fissures. Pls. Help.
