I Recently Had A Bilateral Mastectomy. I Have Had Fluid

I recently had a bilateral mastectomy. I have had fluid buildup in the area of the mastectomy having it drained weekly. I have been complaining of extreme bloating, it is so bad now my whole belly has expanded. Could this have anything to do with the fluid buildup from the mastectomy?
