I Recently Had A Blocked Tear Duct And Lacrimal Gland.

I recently had a blocked tear duct and lacrimal gland. Five days and finally went on antibiotics and it released 15 hours later. I blew a lot of bloody green phlegm out the day after. Then today I blew out a grape sized grey chunk. It was the consistency of a mushroom rather scary to have something that big some out of my nose. I'm not sick. I don't have a cold just that blocked tear duct incident. I do however suffer from frequent sinus infections but I am not feeling sick at all right now. Please tell me what is happening
