I Recently Had A Blood Test And Everything Was Normal,

I recently had a blood test and everything was normal, except for my alt which was 60 and my triglycerides which was 3.25 I'm a fairly heavy drinker, about 20-30 beers a week. My doctor wants me to go for a liver panel, is these really bad number or just a warning to slow Down on the beers?

I'm 35, male, about 40lbs overweight.
I'm also quite active, I walk about 20km a week, in the warmer months I bike 100km a week, and in the colder months I do a lot of snowshoeing.
