I Recently Had A Brain Bleed Resulting In A Stroke

I recently had a brain bleed resulting in a stroke and a seizure . I was prescribed keppra and metformin. While hospitalized diagnosed with diabetis. I'm am having some side effects from the medications. Having upset stomach severe joint pain and stiffness. Could it be from both medications or just one?
