I Recently Had A Breast MRI And Mammogram Thinking I

I recently had a breast MRI and mammogram thinking I had ruptured implants. They found a 14 mm "mass". It looks black on the report. The radiologist say "probably benign". Not sure if it is leaking silicone or a "mass". How do they tell? Shape, color" round, jaggied?? Seeing a plastic surgeon t his week. I guess they won't know for sure until they get in there?????
How safe/simple is removal of implants if still intact?
