I Recently Had A Cardiac Ablation For SVT. Then 3,weeks

I recently had a cardiac ablation for SVT. Then 3,weeks later I was in ER with what looked like SVT again, but meds took loner to bring HR down. Dr said I now how Inappropriate sinus tachycardia instead of SVT. I was put on meds and then pulled off so a cardiac monitor could be implanted. I was having terrible anxiety, palpitations and high HR and BP. Saw my psych d. He said i have PTSD too. I was told to take effexor, lamictal, triamterene all once daily and klonopin in am, noon and evening. Evening for sleep bc i have insomnia and aleep apnea with hypersomnia. I am onlybtaking klonopin. Worried if all of those meds are safe to take together. Sounds like to much. Worried about side effects and interactions. Tried to research internet. Are they all safe together???
