I Recently Had A Cat Scan/w Contrast On My Kidneys,because

I recently had a cat scan/w contrast on my kidneys,because of having back pain. The results were that my kidneys are fine but showed some Fluid collections over my Glutis Muscle. What could have caused this?My Doctor wants me to see a General Surgeon.
