I Recently Had A Chest Xray After Passing Out Behind

I recently had a chest xray after passing out behind the wheel of my car. I was not injured nor did I injure anyone else. but I have a cardiac history of svt. So they did an the xray. The finding was a lung mass on the left lower lung. It was confirmed by a second xray. they are now going to do a pet without contrast as I am allergic to contrast. I am 59 years old,female, and weigh about 172 lbs. The report says they see a infrahilar mass about 3cm in size what are the chances this is cancer? I know this is a difficult question. I have a history of htn,hyperlipidemia,brain anerysium, type two diabetes,and hypokalemic.
