I Recently Had A Cortisone Shot In Each Should For

I recently had a cortisone shot in each should for severe inflammation and pain. Now my voice is very hoarse - and I am a singer. Is there anything I can do to alleviate this symptom, assuming it is from the shots? I never realized, until I looked online, that’s this might be a drawback to this treatment. Thanks for your advice.
